RETURN POLICY

YOU CAN ONLY RETURN T-SHIRTS AND OTHER ALTCULT STREETWEAR.
SALES OF STICKERS AND POSTERS ARE FINAL - THEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED.

At altcult we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with t-shirts you have purchased, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or webstore credit. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. We will assess all returned item’s condition and refuse any damaged, worn or washed items. Any costs associated with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.

ANY ITEMS SENT TO US AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER, OR RECEIVED NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE REFUSED. ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SENDING SUCH REFUSED ITEMS BACK TO YOU ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

When returning goods, let us know what you would like in return whether it is an exchange, refund or webstore credit. Please ensure that you send returned goods back using recorded delivery, so you have proof of posting. Any costs associated with the return of items by you to us are your responsibility, including return postage of items back to you.

If you received the wrong item(s) (not the one indicated in our invoice) we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us and pay the shipping cost of the correct item(s) to you.

Cancellation of order
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped and our Return Policy will apply in that case.
